This study is directed to concentrate on the practices of human resource management (HRM) in private enterprise as well inspect HRM affecting operational performance (non-financial). Survey questionnaire has been heading for collecting data from 120 staffs based Random Sampling Technique working three organizations be specific Rahman Jute Spinners (Pvt.) Ltd., Jamuna Industries Ltd. and North Bengal Golden Fiber & Diversified Mills which are under Bangladesh Association (BJSA). Correlation Test, ANOVA Test Regression Coefficient were done bring out outcomes study. The results uncovered that, noteworthy satisfactory relationship exists among functions (namely recruitment selection, assessment performance, compensation reward, training development) operations. gives insight terms ensuring sustainable by practice these will ultimately accelerate productivity employees jute mills Bangladesh.
